Sarah qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2003 from Oxford Brookes University. She spent the next three years at Colchester General Hospital rotating through various specialities in addition to working part time with a professional football club.
In 2006 Sarah started working for the Ministry of Defence and has since been employed at various locations. Since 2011 Sarah has worked at DMRC Headley Court, firstly with the Complex Trauma team and then with the Lower Limbs team. As a Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist Sarah is responsible for the clinical delivery of the department. She spoke at both the military and BASEM conference in 2012 on rehabilitation of Exercise Induced Leg Pain. Also in 2012 Sarah gained her MACP membership having studied through the University of Brighton; she has recently completed her MSc studies.
Sarah also works as an amputee specialist physiotherapist for ProActive Prosthetics and Nuffield Health.
