Adele Wingrave

Physiotherapist

Adele qualified from Keele University in 2006 and specialised in the treatment of musculoskeletal injuries. She worked as a Senior Physiotherapist within the Complex Trauma team at DMRC Headley Court for nearly five years where she treated patients with blast injuries, multiple fractures, amputations, complex regional pain syndrome and peripheral nerve injuries, amongst others.

Adele is also trained in Acupuncture, Pilates and Hydrotherapy and uses these modalities on a regular basis.

Adele was also a Physiotherapist at the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games and is currently studying for an MSc in Neuro-musculoskeletal Healthcare at Keele University.
