Allyson Ballard

Managing Director / Co-Founder

Allyson is a Clinical Specialist Occupational Therapist and co-founder and Managing Director of Remedy Healthcare.

Allyson trained in Queensland, Australia and travelled to the UK in early 2004. She has since gained extensive experience working for the Ministry of Defence as the Lead Occupational Therapist within the Complex Trauma team at DMRC Headley Court. She has also worked within the NHS, as an Occupational Therapy Expert Witness and most recently in the private sector facilitating rehabilitation programs in both the community and in residential settings.

Allyson has a specific interest in the provision of post-trauma rehabilitation, including the specialist management of upper limb amputees.
