Ian McCurdie

Ian is a Consultant in Sport, Exercise & Rehabilitation Medicine and co-founder of Remedy Healthcare.

As a doctor in the British Army for 22 years, Ian initially trained in General Practice before specialising in Rehabilitation Medicine with a special interest in Sports Medicine. His experience in rehabilitation includes several years leading the medical rehabilitation at DMRC Headley Court, leading the British Olympic Association’s Intensive Rehabilitation Unit and working as a consultant in rehabilitation for Chelsea FC and The Royal Ballet School. He was also the Chief Medical Officer for Team GB at the 2012 London Olympic Games and has worked at 5 Olympic and 2 Commonwealth Games.

Ian has successfully delivered a wide range of complex rehabilitation programs in high performance sport, the military and civilian populations.
