Jack Macrae

Exercise Rehabilitation Instructor

Jack is an Exercise Rehabilitation Specialist and Strength and Conditioning coach with a BSc Hons degree in Sport Rehabilitation and 8 years’ experience within the rehabilitation and strength and conditioning field.

Jack has previously worked as an ERI at DMRC Headley Court, providing exercise based rehabilitation and strength and conditioning to patients with a wide range of conditions, including elective and traumatic amputation, spinal cord injury and complex upper and lower musculoskeletal injuries.

Alongside this, Jack has worked within a professional sporting environment at Crystal Palace Football Club and Ealing RFC and currently coaches at a number of sports academies.
