Exercise Rehabilitation Instruction

James is an Exercise Rehabilitation Specialist and Physiotherapist with over 9 years of experience within rehabilitation. James Holds a BSc Hons Degree in Sports Science, MSc in Sports Therapy and MSc in Physiotherapy.  

James has previously worked as an Exercise Rehabilitation Instructor (ERI) at DMRC Headley Court, providing exercise-based rehabilitation, strength & conditioning and aiding in pain management to patients with a wide range of conditions, including amputation and musculoskeletal trauma.  

James has worked in various sports, including GB Basketball & Brentford Football Club, and currently works with a local athletics club to improve performance, rehabilitation and injury prevention.
