Pioneering consultant-led specialist musculoskeletal rehabilitation
"Bridging the gap"
Remedy Healthcare was established in 2017 to bring expertise found only in the military to civilian patients following musculoskeletal trauma. This military model has since informed the NICE Guidelines for optimal treatment.
It is our mission to make these services accessible to all, by allowing the >20,000 new trauma patients per year to access specialist rehabilitation unavailable through statutory services, therefore providing essential input to both patients and an overstretched NHS.
Mission |
'To enable specialist rehabilitation for all.'
We primarily work within the Personal Injury claims space, as this funds the specialist treatment that so many need. Our vision is a UK health landscape where such services are the norm and readily accessible. Our mission is to drive improvement each and every day until we can say we, as part of a provider network, can truly offer specialist rehabilitation to all.

Values |
Remedy is a values driven business and we ensure that our patients, customers and staff are at the centre of all that we do. We do not believe that rehabilitation is a pass or fail exercise and we work with our patients and their team in an integrated manner to achieve their functional goals by challenging themselves and pushing the boundaries.

Cause |
Complex Trauma Rehabilitation can be a widely misunderstood area of medicine based on the underlying assumption that that the body heals itself without external input. Such assumptions leave people wheel-chair bound when they could be walking or house bound when they could be climbing mountains. It has to change and we are working hard with our partners to publicise and lobby for recognition for these patients.
