Clare Triggs

Clare qualified in 2001 and has gained considerable experience in the fields of musculoskeletal and neurological physiotherapy working across the NHS, Private Practice and the Ministry of Defence.

Clare developed her clinical skills and expertise for treating individuals with complex trauma whilst working at DMRC Headley Court. She found working as part of a multidisciplinary team highly valuable in the speed and overall recovery of these military personnel and was inspired by this approach. Clare gained experience in aquatic therapy as well as specialist land based skills treating a wide variety of complex needs such as amputees, spinal cord and peripheral nerve injuries and complex fracture management.

In 2013 Clare established a successful Aquatic Therapy service for the Kent MS Therapy Centre which she continues to help manage and run. She is passionate about using the properties of water to treat a variety of conditions along with her land based skills in manual therapy and clinical pilates.
