David Fabricius

Exercise Rehabilitation Instructor

David is an Exercise Rehabilitation Specialist with over 16 years of experience within rehabilitation. He holds a BSc (Hons) Degree in Biokinetics, a Master of Sport Science Degree and MSc in Sports & Exercise Medicine.

David trained in South Africa and came over to the UK in early 2019. He previously worked as a Clinical Exercise and Sport Rehabilitation Therapist in the Private Sector, in Cape Town, South Africa and within Clinics in London. He was entrusted providing exercise-based rehabilitation and strength and conditioning to patients with a wide range of conditions, including complex upper and lower musculoskeletal injuries.

Alongside this, David previously worked within professional Rugby Union at the Worcester Warriors, as a Senior Physical Performance Coach enabling: performance, injury prevention and return-to-play with the Senior Team.
